Moneris’ workplace is one of flexibility, adaptability and shared ownership on the part of our leaders and team members. Each role at Moneris will fall into one of the three available working models:
Eligible team members within a Business Group can work part of the time on-site and remotely:
Partial Remote: Set scheduled of pre-determined days per week/month
Flexible Remote: Work on-site on an ad-hoc basis. No set schedule.
Eligible team members may work remotely within Canada 100% of the time.
Business approved roles
There may be times when 100% remote employees are required to attend in-person meetings or events in the office.
Roles that cannot be performed remotely and therefore required to be worked on-site
Team members can self-select to work on-site 100%
