Delivering the future first
Canadian entrepreneurial legend Ted Rogers founded our company in 1960. Over five decades, Ted Rogers turned our company into a converged media and communications powerhouse. While Ted unfortunately passed away in 2008 due to heart failure, his spirit lives on among our 25,000 employees. We’re committed to his “best is yet to come” philosophy and work together to build a brilliant digital future for Canadians.

We engage passionate leaders from across the organization to serve on the Inclusion & Diversity Council. Together, they work as a dedicated team to oversee the development and implementation of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy, and spread the excitement about fostering an inclusive culture at Rogers. The I&D Council drives best-in-class initiatives that support our Diversity Teams – Indigenous Peoples, Spectrum (LGBTQ+), Women in Leadership, Rogers Mosaic (Visible Minorities), Persons with Disabilities, and Millennials – to promote an inclusive workplace and meaningfully impact our employees, customers and communities.
Indigenous Peoples – Our Indigenous Peoples Team focuses on recruitment and engagement to fully leverage the growing talent pool of Indigenous Peoples.
LGBTQ+ – Our employee resource group, Spectrum, engages in collaborative work coast-to-coast to foster an inclusive workplace, enabling all employees to bring their whole selves to work.
Women in Leadership – As the single largest segment of our diverse workforce, we are committed to strengthening the pipeline to leadership by tackling unconscious biases, establishing strong talent management practices and engaging women at all levels of the organization with the support of our employee resource group, Rogers Women’s Network.
Rogers Mosaic – Our diversity journey embraces the cultural mosaic of our customers and employees and includes leading initiatives to advance visible minority talent to leadership positions.
Persons with Disabilities – With a focus on creating an inclusive and accessible workplace for all employees, the Persons with Disabilities Team drives initiatives to leverage the unique talents and full range of abilities amongst all employees.
