Parental leave

We’re here to support you when you expand your family. We offer parental leaves for both parents and pay 93 per cent of your salary for the first 17 weeks.

Deferring your annual incentive

In most regional offices, you can allocate up to 100 per cent of your annual incentive or bonus to earn the return from our fund performance.
