Educational Assistance Program

Eli Lilly Canada is dedicated to helping its employees develop a broad set of business skills that will enhance their contributions and advancement within the industry. For employees interested in continuing their formal education, Lilly will reimburse tuition fees (up to a specified predetermined amount) upon successful completion of accredited courses taken through a college or university. For English and French language training courses, Lilly will also reimburse tuition fees (up to a specified predetermined amount) upon successful completion of the course.
