At InSync, we got our start as a boutique I.T. recruiting company in 2003. Since then, we have grown to provide a competitive niche service with our head office in Calgary and expanding to satellite offices in Edmonton and Vancouver. We’ve managed that expansion carefully by providing the best, most talented I.T. resources through staff augmentation, placement and turnkey implementation services, helping clients manage their I.T. projects and be a more effective workspace.

We recruit for permanent and contract positions and aren’t restricted to dealing with only incorporated consultants. We offer the flexibility to find the right job fit for you.

WHO WE PLACE
Our clients are typically looking for IT professionals with a college or university degree and at least two years of work experience in their field of expertise. We recruit for both permanent and contract positions.
We expect you to be able to clearly describe your previous projects and achievements, and in general to have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You should have an up-to-date resume (preferably in our InSync format) and at least three references who can confirm your skills and experience.

REFERRAL BONUS
If you introduce us to another IT professional who we end up placing with one of our clients we will pay you $500! This bonus is valid for both contract and permanent placements and there is no expiry date. Even if we place your referral after a couple of years, you still receive the referral bonus!
Referral bonuses are one-time bonuses, available for each candidate that you refer. You can refer as many people as you like and potentially receive several bonus payments.

Starting in 2013 and continuing up to today, our focus has been to support the Calgary Zoo. The devastating floods that engulfed much of downtown caused more than $50M in damage to zoo buildings and infrastructure and wiped out the conservation research and rehabilitation programs. With revenue losses reaching $160K/day, and an anticipated $10M in total, the Zoo has had a difficult task of rebuilding. InSync has been there to help every step of the way.
We actively support a wide range of community support projects and activities at InSync; from corporate giving to employee volunteerism. Our goal is to take responsibility for our actions and to encourage a positive impact on our clients, our employees, and the communities where we live. We also support connecting our team members with the charities they are passionate about.
InSync has also been a proud supporter of the Calgary and Area Child Advocacy Centre (formerly the Sheldon Kennedy Centre). This foundation’s goal is to empower individuals impacted by child abuse to lead healthy and productive lives by creating a community that responds collectively to child abuse. InSync has been a longtime contributor to this outstanding cause.
In addition, InSync is proud to sponsor many of our consultants, and to provide a direct donation to the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. This two-day bike ride covers more than 200 kilometers to raise funds for cancer research.
