Over the next three years, we’re putting in the work to obtain a Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) certification. Established by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB), PAIR is a certification program aimed at helping organizations build long-term strategies for Indigenous relations.

Canada Life, along with Power Corporation of Canada, announced a $2 million gift for the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) to help build their permanent home.
This new space will accommodate the Centre’s growing work and guide our country on its path to truth and reconciliation.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our 5 ERGs are made up of committed leaders and employees from across our company working to raise awareness and understanding, and connect support and engage employees across the organization.
ERGs are organized and based on common identities, interests, or backgrounds with the goal of connecting and supporting employees, creating ERG DEI awareness and education, and fostering a more inclusive workplace where we can all thrive.- Ability First
