Our people are our most important asset, and we want to foster an environment that empowers our employees to excel, recognizing the commonalities, and leveraging our differences. We must be able to respectfully challenge perspectives and express opinions. An equitable and inclusive environment allows employees to have a strong sense of trust, confidence, and belonging.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council
Established in 2018, our council includes senior leaders from different departments and varying backgrounds. Our council supports the implementation of our EDI strategy, which was developed in partnership with our executive leadership and human resources.
At BCI, our values shape our workplace culture and guide interactions with colleagues, clients, and communities.
Our people play a crucial role in shaping our environment and strengthening our commitment to an inclusive culture. BCI is dedicated to reflecting the diverse markets in which we work and invest, cultivating an environment where everyone feels valued.
Fostering an Inclusive Culture
Cultivating performance-focused teams requires a commitment to inclusion. Through our equity, diversity and inclusion program, principles, and EDI Leadership Council, we are continuously refining how we foster and support diversity of thought, backgrounds, and strengths.
A fair and inclusive workplace environment nurtures trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging, allowing colleagues to respectfully challenge each other’s perspectives and express their opinions, ultimately leading to better ideas and results for clients.
