ATB has a diversity council that meets quarterly. The council is comprised of team members from all levels, and has a mandate to act on behalf of ATB to jump-start and manage diversity and inclusion progress. We have Respect in the Workplace training, employee resource groups, and have conducted a Dimensions of Diversity Survey to understand how diverse and inclusive we are. This research will help ensure ATB is THE place to work for everyone. And, since we’re ATB, we also remember to have fun celebrating our diversity.
